SFP+-SR-10G

The SFP+ multi-mode transceiver module is engineered for duplex optical data communications. It features a 20-pin SFP+ connector for hot-plug capability and supports digital diagnostics via an I2C interface. Designed for multi-mode fiber, this module operates at a nominal wavelength of 850 nm. It utilizes a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitted Laser (VCSEL) for transmission and includes an integrated GaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) and a limiting post-amplifier IC for reception.
